Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Our Shipping Promise to You We will make every effort to ship your system within 7–10 business days of your order being placed. You will receive a tracking number by email once your system leaves our facility.

Please note that Synq does not ship to PO boxes. All packages require a signature upon delivery.

How We Ship Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All systems ship via UPS or USPS.

Delivery Times Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Synq is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages If a package is deemed lost or stolen, it is the responsibility of the carrier to trace the package. Synq will not send a replacement until we receive confirmation from the carrier that the package is confirmed lost or stolen. Without carrier confirmation, we cannot verify that a customer will not receive two shipments.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to our facility because no one was available to sign for it, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Order Cancellations Orders can be canceled before they are marked as shipped. A 3% cancellation fee applies to cover non-refundable payment processing costs. Once an order has been marked as shipped, it cannot be canceled. The package must reach its final destination, after which the customer may be eligible for a return in accordance with our Refund Policy. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and a flat 5% restocking fee applies.

Quality & Security Review Synq reserves the right to hold any order for a quality or security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.
