Most custom PC shops treat aesthetics as an afterthought. We're not scared to spend a little extra for a more premium-looking build. Synq starts with how it looks. Every build is designed to be something you're genuinely proud to have in your space — not just a machine that passes a benchmark.

Yes. We're a newer brand, but we're real — registered, insured, and every order is processed securely through Shopify. You can read reviews from past customers on our product pages, and if you want to talk before buying, email us at info@synqpc.com. We actually respond.

People who care about more than just specs. If performance is the baseline and you want something that actually looks like it belongs in your space — that's who we build for. We're not the cheapest option, and we're fine with that.

Bigger brands optimize for volume. That means average aesthetics, average cable management, and support that doesn't know your order exists. We're not that.

Orders, Shipping & Support

All builds are made to order. We aim to ship within 5–10 business days. You'll get a tracking number the moment it leaves our hands.

You'll get a confirmation immediately. Then we build. Once it ships, tracking comes to your email. If anything comes up during the build we'll reach out directly — you won't be left guessing.

Your build ships fully assembled with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed and activated, all drivers loaded. Plug it in, connect your monitor, install your favorite games, and play.

Yes — our builds use standard components so upgrades are straightforward down the line. Any damage from self-modification isn't covered under warranty, but upgrading itself is completely fine.

Take photos of the box and the build, then email us at info@synqpc.com within 48 hours with your order number and the photos. We'll make it right.
