Refund Policy
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us within 30 days of receiving your system. The item must be in unused or like-new condition and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
What's not eligible for return:
- Custom commission builds (invoiced orders outside of our standard product lineup)
- Pre-order cancellations after the order has been placed
Refunds Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping fees are not refunded, except when the return is due to damage caused by us or the carrier. A flat 5% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Return Shipping You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged in transit or defective due to a build or assembly error on our end. Systems must be packaged securely. If the original shipping container is no longer available, use a container of equal or greater durability. We are not responsible for damage that occurs due to improper packaging.
Cancellations Orders can be canceled before they are marked as shipped. A 3% cancellation fee applies to cover non-refundable payment processing costs. Once an order has been marked as shipped, it cannot be canceled — after delivery it is handled as a return with applicable restocking and return shipping fees.
